YOGA TO CHILDREN WORKSHOP

Annabel, mother of two and a Yoga Alliance certified children's yoga teacher,
is a serious long-time practitioner and teacher of yoga. She has almost
completed her Masters of Yoga Education at the Hindu University in Orlando.
The "Teaching Yoga to Children Workshop" will
start with a mock yoga class for children followed by effective methods of
bringing the peaceful discipline of yoga to young souls. A certificate of
completion will be issued at the end of the workshop. Since space is limited,
so it is suggested that you register early. $25
