Precious Moments for You and Your Baby

This class will help prepare your body for childbirth. Gently stretching and strengthening your body in a calm, peaceful environment builds the uterine and pelvic muscles; relieves pressure on your organs; improves circulation; aids in digestion; exercises your spine and increases overall comfort. Linking yoga postures with the breath increases your energy, calms your mind and relaxes you. Yoga also alleviates many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling and fluid retention as well as back pain. After the birth yoga helps you regain lost abdominal strength and quickly returns your body to its pre-pregnancy state.

Take an hour and do some wonderful things for you and your baby. Join our wonderful loving, family atmosphere. Bring your baby or toddler. This class has been suspened. Many prenatal students are going to Bharata's class (see schedule). Bharata gives special instructions and adaptations which make other classes work for pregnant ladies.
