These 90 minute classes are suited for most people and are open to all. Students new to yoga often come to this class.

These 60 minute classes are a little slower paced. Don't have much time? Older? Just want to go at an easier pace? Check out this class!

Serious about yoga? This 120 minute class is for you. Stretch farther, hold it longer, go deeper into the Inner Peace.

Disability Yoga Classes

We get students with a wide variety of disabilities in these 60 minute classes. There is no charge for the Disability Yoga; it's always free. (more)

Meditations

Each of us possesses a source of wisdom and joy inside. Meditation is the key to unlocking this source. These guided meditations are followed by mantra chanting - a practice that is uplifting and inspiring. Beginners are welcome. There is no charge for meditations; they are always free. Sunday meditations are followed by a vegetarian pot luck feasts. (more)
